Ok, another show off thread from me, but I'm doing crap at everything else so I just want to show off the things that I feel I am doing well <violin's please> Anyway, big thanks to Princessmel, she doesn't know it but she was a big help. I did a search, sure that there must have been dozens of other mumnetters around who had tried to make Peppa Pig cakes (there were) and I saw hers on her profile and got the idea from her of using one of those icing pens. It's on my profile, and by the way, did I mention I'd made a teepee for DD Oh, and the cake is really yummy too. I did the trick of weighing the eggs then using the same amount of flour, butter and a bit less sugar. I do like a nice eggy sponge...
