How do you solve a problem like kohl rabi?

I have got kohl rabi in my vegbox this week and not the faintest idea what to do with it.

Any ideas very welcome!

Peel, grate and add to coleslaw.

Peel, cut into chunky fingers, steam 5 mins till almost tender, add knob butter, tsp flour, stir round till flour cooked, season and serve. (Czech way)

Peel, cut and eat raw - yum.

I grow it, its nearly ready.
