Samosas without a deep fat fryer?

Does anyone have a recipe for samosas that doesn't call for a deep fat fryer? I have an ongoing craving for good ones (it started in pregnancy number 1 five years ago).
Thank you.

Found this one
it's done shallow fried or baked

Thank you. I forgot to say I was a (sort of) vegetarian.

Ah - maybe not then

What about this, but shallow fried/oven baked?

What a good recipe and website. I'm going to give this a go. DD1 loves samosas.

I make them using the Vicky Boghal recipe in Cooking Like Mummyji, and I just use a deepish frying pan to fry them. If the oil is not deep enough, they just tend to get a little flat, slightly-burned patch where they've touched the bottom of the pan.

get a deepish frying pan and just fill it with oil and do it there, it sometimes comes out better like this anyway
i don't think any of the asian "aunties" i know use an actual fryer, and they are the experts
