I have a bowl of chocolate fudge icing left over from icing cakes for the school fete.

Will it be ok to save for later when i can use it on another cake (ran out of butter and can't be arsed to go to the shops again until school pick up.

I expect it will set so if it does can i warm it back up and re melt it?

(And there is far to much to just sit and scoff it! )

I should think it'd be fine. If you leave it out and it doesn't set too muhc you should be able to pipe it on another cake.
