You can indeed. I made about 5000 brownies for my wedding a few years back and froze them all.

They were fine when de-frosted. Perhaps not quite as lovely as when just made but then what is when its frozen?

Lol, Maureen! I kind of agree with you BUT my recipe makes 48 and my waistline can't take that many sitting in the fridge
