Gammon steaks

What should one do with them to make them edible? Have a few thick and nice looking steaks from a new meat-box scheme I tried and am stumped.
Don't want to throw them as they do look rather good, but not being 'gammon people', have no idea how to make something lovely out of them.
All advice gratefully received.

I just stick them under the grill!

Nice with jacket potato and cauliflower cheese, or pasta in a creamy sauce.

I also like them with cauliflower cheese and with chips and a fried egg!
