'posh' nibbles ideas

I'm having a 'posh' themed birthday party(adults only so alcohol ok) and was thinking of doing some 'posh' nibbles.
Have you any ideas/recipes?

Blinis with smoked salmon, creme fraiche and caviar (you can use lumpfish caviar).

Also I think you can get edible gold leaf which you could use to top some things.

Anyone know a recipe for vol au vents? (filling)

You could do chicken in a white sauce with tarragon.
Or prawns in a cocktail sauce.

What about doing some tartares - raw fish or meat with capers, onion, gherkin mixed in?

The theme is a posh night in. Posh frocks and smart suits, just because we can!

These are Christmas ones, but they look nice!

These (mozarella, basil + tomato on a stick) are tasty, look good + very very easy
