help please - foolproof oat and raisin cookie recipes??

DH has hinted heavily that it would be nice to have some, so I thought me and the DSs could make some for a Father's Day pressie...but last time I made some they turned out...pretty crap as the mixture was too runny. I think it was an Annabel Karmel recipe. Any recipes you can point me at? all thoughts VERY gratefully received

I put this into the recipe section here - dont let them get too brown - take them out when they are just golden and they will be lovely.

I use dairy free spread because dd is allergic but you could use butter
