Where to get dried kaffir lime rind?

Anyone know where I can get dried kaffir lime rind? Madhur Jaffrey's thai curry paste uses this, and I couldn't find it even in my local chinese supermarket type thing.
The index in Madhur jaffrey's book says that is sometimes labelled as "piwma grood", but typing that into google comes up with nothing and I can't find the rind online at all.
In the end I got some dried limes and used some of that but I think they are the dried Persian limes and not the same.
The curry paste was lovely as it was but just wondering if anyone knows where I can get it?

Tescos has kaffir lime leaves if that's any use?

I've got the leaves, the recipe says the rind!

And the index of the ingredients at the back of the book says they are two seperate ingredients, but if the leaves taste similar I could use them.
