How long will 2 chicken breast take to defrost?

If I take them out now will they be OK for say 7pm?
I never freeze meat because I always so worried about it, I have a very delicate stomach.

Take them out and put in cold water. Change the water every 45 mins or so, the ice will fall away and the meat should be well thawed out by 7pm. You'll be fine, just don't try and defrost it in hot water.
