Chicken pie

What's your best (easy) chicken pie recipe? For a mid-week family meal.

left over chicken cubed

peas, potatoes, leeks, onions (any veggies really)

biiiiiiiiiiig splash of wine and some stock to cover

plus herbs etc

bring to boil and simmer for half and hour

turn off heat and put into a big dish ...let it cool a wee bit and cover with pastry

bake until golden

serve with more veggies
