Fudge

I've started to get into fudge making (cheap, quick and easy) but as soon as I add anything in other than vanilla something goes wrong.

Any other fudge makers who can give me some tips or want to share recipes?

Funny you should say that about vanilla. We had a tiny fudge shop down the road from us; their vanilla fudge was wonderful, but every other type (and there were many) was not quite right - very nice, but not right.
