about 10x14inch and was going to use the tried and tested method of weighing the eggs and then everything else being the same weight, but my question is how many eggs do you think? I normally use bantam eggs but if you want to say in medium or large that's fine because I can weigh them to make it the same.
If anyone has a large sponge cake recipe i'd be grateful as well.
