whats your best slow cooker recipes please?

Dont use red meat (too expensive)
so anything with chicken or sausages (dont mind them.)
gotta be easy
gotta be quick

gotta have very clear instructions because i am a rubbish cook.

Do a search through the archives. We have a thread like this pretty much every other day.

Geta whole chicken,or thighs (better IMHO) bung it/them in,put lid on and hey presto,very succulent "roast" chicken

is the red meat too expense? you can buy really cheap cuts of beef or stewing steak for like £2 something, which go so tender in the slow cooker.
