Can I make an omlette tonight to take for packed lunch tomorow?

Can I make an omelette (the thick kind that you can slice) tonigt and them take it for packed lunch tomorow or would that be yuck to eat cold?

Spanish omelette works well as a cold dish the next day - no reason that any other kind wouldn't, though you'd probably make it a bit less runny than an omelette you were going to scoff straight away.
