Soup ideas for a real fussy knickers

My darling fussy knickers is 16 mths and I really struggle to get her to eat any veggies. She only has 2 teeth and whilst she does her best with her gums she quite often gives up and spits out what she can't mush down. I never give her soup and would really appreciate a bit of inspiration. I think (?!) I can get away with the following ingredients:

tomatoes
onions
mushrooms
courgettes
pumpkin/squash
chicken

Thanks ladies!

why not just cook those things until they are mushy?

soup is faaaaaar too messy lol!

I'll take the hit on the mess if she actually eats it!!! She has to think that it's grown up food or it's rejected immediately! Hoping if we both sit down to a bowl of soup she'll give it a go ... hopeful or delusional?!

Try carrot and lentil or butternut squash soup. Make it really thick and zizz it up before serving and they are yum. Try dipping some nice bread and giving it to her too.

Will she try a minestrone?

Minestrone's a great idea, she'll go for pasta and bacon and I can hopefully hide the veg. Thanks georgiemum!

Roast pumpkins until they go goopy. Add some stock and it'll be delish. Keep it quite thick to minimise the mess.

Bacon, tomato and lentil soup - make a soffrito with finely chopped (in the food processor) onion, celery, carrot to up the vegetable content. Sizzle some pancetta (or chopped streaky bacon). Add lentils and several tins of chopped tomatoes. Add a bay leaf and cook for about an hour. Lovely served with a dollop of pesto (if liked) or torn basil and grated cheese. My kids love this
