What is the spanish equivalent to mature cheddar cheese?

Off to Spain tomorrow and our fussy 3yr old DS will not eat any thing else in sarnies but mature cheddar . So what should we look for in the spanish supermarkets that would be similar?

we were in spain last week, got mature cheddar. i can't remember what it was called, i think it was queso cheddar mature inglese or something...
