How long to keep a homemade Carrot ckae

DS made a carrot cake last Tues at school, he brought it home iced today, was going to eat it tonight but forgot, so how long would a homemade carrot cake keep in the fridge??

I just keep them in an airtight container - Carrot cake normally keeps moist for a number of days.

It doesn't get past a couple of days in this house
