I did the steak one today, it was gorgeous.

Got a small bone-in rib joint (about 900g), cut the tough bit off the side (will cook it in a stew some other time), and followed video above, including the frying pan on the grill bit. Only difference was I used smoked Maldon salt instead of normal, and no tomato.

Best steak ever, ever, ever.
