pureeing fresh fish

do i mix it with baby milk to puree it? as im having mixed with potato that i mix it with milk..

thank you, yes it got to be very smooth (baba is 7 months BTW and ive had been weaning for a while)

I give DS dover sole, which flakes and mashes very easily. I bake it in the oven then flake it in with carrot or sweet potato. Once it's a bit cool, I express in some EBM then whizz it with the blender thing.

DS is 8 months BTW; been doing this since he was 6.5 months
