ds ate this in Tootsies the other day. Does anyone have the recipe please which I believe was Annabel Karmel's or one very similar?

I cheat and just buy the green curry paste from the local chinese supermarket. The instructions are on the back of the packet.

Meant to say, you will need coconut milk - tinned or solid block - as well.

It is really simple - Get some Green Thai Paste.

Fry some chopped up chicken in a pan, once cooked add a spoon (or two) of the green thai paste. Give it a stir for a minute then add a tin of coconut milk.

Once it has heated through and you are sure the chicken has cooked add a handful of sugar snap peas and serve with rice and a sprinkle of thai basil (or coriander).

Meant to say - when i leave mine to simmer for a while I throw in a bashed stalk of lemongrass. Just remove it when you serve.
