I vaguely remember hearing something about not eating too much tuna in pregnancy but didnt pay too much attention at the time a I wasn't planning another pregnancy. Now I am pregnant again, I need to know! Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks!

What's wrong with tuna then??

suedonim · 29/04/2003 16:04

Too much mercury pollution in it, apparently, Soupdragon.

Is nothing safe any more?? I've just bought fresh tuna for tea - you'll be able to use me a thermometer!

I practically lived on tuna whilst pregnant, did no harm at all and dd swims like a fish!!! I'd be more worried about the mercury content in my teeth - shamefully all 12 of them
