so today finished off dh's birthday cake - supposed to have a lovely think layer of white chocolate ganache on...it said leave it in the fridge for 30 mintues until it is spreadable...well I have left in there for 5 ruddy hours (well 40 mintues was in the freezer) and it really looked no difference so I have poured (not spread) it on the cake...it is so runny..sigh - the cake is going to be all soggy now isn't it....
why could i not wait
