I have

tinned tuna

tomatoes (tin)

some herbs

pecorino cheese

swiss cheese

creme fraiche (really yummy thick french one)

pasta

Do I just bung it all in and hope for the best? Anyone got an idea how to use up these ingredients?

I would make a tomato sauce with onions and garlic and herbs. Stir in the tuna and cook for a while.

Add cooked pasta and put into a serving dish.

Grate the cheese into the creme fraiche and put on the top.

Grill and serve with salad and garlic bread!

I would cook the pasta, mix with the toms, tuna, herbs and creme fresh and put the cheese on top and bake.

Ok, will try go for that. Strange, that I have never made a tuna bake before. My mum used to make them all the time, but she told us it was chicken pasta.

Thanks!

Discoved a jar of tomato and basil sauce at the back of the cupboard so used that instead of making my own sauce .

It was absolutely lovely, the DC polished off the lot.

Thanks again.
