I am in desperate need of some suggestions for quick and easy to eat teas for a tired 16 month old.

Pasta doesn't go down so well. Bread is normally a winner so he gets a rotation of cheese on toast, eggy bread, eggy cheesy bread, cheese omellette... (I try to make sure he has some veg at lunch Oh, he's a veggie......

I would really welcome some suggestions

thanks
