Ella's 'The Italian One'

Don't normally buy this sort of thing, but Sainsburys were selling short dated (BBE May 2009) Ellas Kitchen 'The Italian One' pasta sauces off for 10p each today, so I bought a bunch to keep as an emergency standbuy.

They are in little foil pouches so do you think I can freeze them safely?

You can freeze them, they can either go into the freezer in the pouch or you can freeze the sauce in portions.

I haven't tried it myself but my neighbour has and it was fine.

yeah you can freeze them - do you have any annabel karmel type ice cube trays? if so freeze them in there if possible; i buy these pouches in bulk as ds loves them , as well as a nice and quick pasta sauce they are great to use as a dip (instead of ketchup)and go with everything!
