I bought some lamb cubes. I do not want to put them in a stew or caserole or any big dish. I am just looking for a very simple and quick way to cook them. Fry them with onions? Grill them? Poach them in passata?
Nothing fancy or 3-yr-old dd won't touch them.
We already have a nice red lentil dish and some spuds and veggies for supper. The lamb is an extra.
