egg-free choc beetroot cake recipe anyone?

have beetroot in my veg box this week and i just don't want to eat it.
wondered if anyone here had a tried and tested recipe that doesn't contain egg???

thanks! how important is the vinegar? and can I use any other vinegar instead?

The vinegar is part of the egg substitute so I'd say that it is important.

I'm not sure if you can substitute it or not, may be worth a google.
