Coronation Chicken - Anyone have a fantastic recipe?

My dd loves Coronation Chicken but I only seem to be able to buy it in small pots that don't have a very long shelf life.. does anyone have a recipe they recommend?

also is it ever possile to freeze it, either made or partially made?

blimey that looks very easy..

All the recipes I've found so far have been uber complicated

Will give it a go and see how it turns out
