Sourdough Bread

I'm doing weight watchers and I'm going for lunch on Saturday. I'm trying to work out my points and I can't seem to find nutrional value for sourdough bread or a recipe so I can work it out myself.

So a recipe or nutrional value would be a great help.

Thanks.

Its just flour and water and wild yeast if its home-made. It will have other things in it same as standard bread if its bought.

Recipe: 3 cups flour, 1.5 cups water, 0.5 cup "sourdough starter".

That really doesn't help you, does it?

It's the sourdough starter that is the problem at the minute.

the starter is just flour and water (usually) that has been left to cultivate wild yeast from the air. maybe just give it the values for flour and water, although i know nothing about weight watchers - sorry!
