Portion size for toddlers?

DS is nearly two, and he eats a combination of what we're having, and meals which I batch-cook and freeze.

I'm still using the 4oz pots I bought when he was about one, and he has one of those, plus lots of fruit and maybe a rusk or yoghurt or something.

Is this enough? His nursery gives him far bigger portions, but he seems happy enough and his weight is fine.

Is there guidance anywhere about how much a child of his age should be offered?

TIA.
