Hi there. My DD has recently gone off pasta which is a real pain as was one of her staple foods! Will now eat:

blueberries, satsuma, apple, chips/potato waffles, olives, peas, sweetcorn, carrots, ham, crumpets, cheerios, raisins, eggs, cheese.

She's gone right off any food that's in sauce/wet. Doesn't like anything that makes her hands dirty! Think that's partially why she's off pasta cos used to like it with pesto. Now too 'dirty'! Seem to be lots of omlettes and hummous these days and have run out of ideas for anything else that's 'dry' but tasty!!

Help!

pizza, or pizza toppings on potato waffles/crumpets?
Stuffed pasta without sauce?
savoury pancakes?
Welsh rarebit/croque monsieur
Rice salad?

Good luck!

I always say this but my DD loves them, they are easy, and they freeze so you can defrost them a couple at a time - fritters: mix flour, eggs, and ricotta with veg (add oats or oatmeal if you want some roughage in there; good veg include defrosted and drained chopped spinach; peas; sweetcorn. You could add some pesto or basil if she still likes the flavour). Fry in dollops in hot veg oil; dry on kitchen paper while you finish off the batter. They make a good base for ham or smoked salmon etc.

Or egg-fried rice?

What about fish / meat? Eg a simple plate of meat / fish, with potato and some veg, nothing wet or messy? Or will she eat chicken breast cut into strips and fried, or meatballs, that she can then dip into something wet so she doesn't have to get her hands dirty? (tomato sauce, pesto again). Marinate the chicken in yoghurt to tenderise it if she finds it too chewy - you can flavour it at the same time, with lemon and garlic / herbs / curry paste.

Also, what about avocado? Banana?
