urgent help:waffle recipe please......

Bought DS an "indulgence" waffle maker from Argos for his birthday. But there are no recipes in the packaging (kicks self for not checking B4 he opened it). Essentially, it's a grill with adapters for sandwich/doughnuts/waffles. DS wanted a waffle maker so this seemed ideal. am about to surf for waffle recipes, but in the meantime if any one per chance is familiar with said machine and has a recipe would appreciate it. thanks

2 cups milk
3 Tbsp (30ml) butter
pinch salt
1 Tbsp sugar
2 c flour
3 eggs
3 tsp baking powder

Sift together all dry ingredients
Heat milk and butter until butter melted
Combine hot milk and dry ingredients and add egg yolks
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into rest of mixture gently

Spoon mixture on hot waffle iron and cook
