Annabel Karmel's recipe books?

Good luck. We had a terrible time with our two and did everything wrong we possibly could.

They are getting better now (ages 5 and 6). What worked for us in the end was to avoid food they really don't like (e.g. cheese) and to give everything else in small portions but with a shrug "its your dinner. You don't have a choice about if you will eat it. Tonight is an eating night". Reward charts for good behaviour helped too.

'My child won't eat!' by Carlos Gonzalez is supposed to be good - it explains why children so often start being fussy at around this age, and apparently is very reassuring ( I haven't read it but I saw it mentioned in a newspaper article)

would second Jojay - have read this book and it really helped with my fussy toddler
