How long will this dressing keep for?

Want to make up a batch of salad dressing - extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, touch of white wine vinegar, fresh ground pepper - just wondering how long it would keep for and how I should keep it. Thanks

Well, it will keep for ages really, I'd store it in the fridge now the weather's warmer, but the olive oil will stop any mould from getting to it. At least a month anyway.

My parents have a salad dressing jar that they just keep topping up, I don't think it ever get's properly finished and the jar washed out, and it is fine.
