Disaster struck - I ignored the whole milk thing and the bread was looking fabulous. Then the machine blew up, fused the trip switches 4 times and refused to carry on. I shoved the loaf in the oven on the offchance that it would survive, and actually it was (already gone!) wonderful
However...now I need a new bread machine. This one is well and truly dead. Smoke, the lot. Poofffff. It was a Morphy Richards fastbake, and was pretty good but have things got better in the 7 yrs since I bought it? What's good? Which ones do you all have?!
