OK, this may sound a bit odd, but I need to get 2.3yo dd to eat less fruit. She is constantly asking for apples, raisins and bananas, and every time we go to the shop she wants to buy loads of fruit. Her nappies are a complete mess, she must have tummy ache for them to be that bad, they are often actually liquid. I water down her fruit juice (about 1:8) and try and offer her wholemeal bread instead and things, but she is just mad on fruit! What can I give her that is as tasty, healthy, but isn't going to have the "explosive" effects? She will eat anything she can get her hands on, especily if she sees someone else eating it, so we shouldn't have problems getting her to try new things.
