Has anyone got this book? The idea is to cook one meal the whole family can have. Great reviews on Amazon - unless they're all her friends.

no - but has great reviews so I might splash out!

BlueCowWondersAgain · 08/05/2009 13:26

there's been lots of publicity. I'm still wary of celeb cook books after being bought the Tana Ramsey one - useless.

sagacious · 08/05/2009 13:29

I haven't got the book but they had an extract in a magazine for a all in one chickeny/rice dish and it was yum.

So I am tempted... (the kids wouldn't eat it though!)

annaje · 08/05/2009 16:17

oh Bluecow - glad you mentioned the Tana Ramsey one and I'm not alone - I thought it was pants too - not helpful for families at all.

MadameCastafiore · 08/05/2009 16:20

Why do these women think that kids can't just eat the normal food that we all eat and we need to make special food that won't what, kill the kids if they eat it?

That Ramsey woman's book was shite - should stick to watching out for her husband straying and running marathons!

Thanks all - think I'll have a browse through in bookstore before committing to a purchase.

meh, why shouldn't dcs eat 100% normal adult food???

poshtottie · 10/05/2009 18:20

She was on Radio 2 the other day.

She said her children would eat anything and have never been fussy.

Well lucky her!!
