Halloumi - how do you stop it sticking?

when you griddle it? Last time it ended up a black mess (though still tasty)

I grill it. Find it comes out much better. If I do griddle it, I coat the pan in Fry Light first. Seems to work.

I tend to fry in a non-stick pan rather than griddle.

a little olive oil rubbed over the pan should work. If it's turning black maybe you have the heat too high or are leaving it on too long?

I dredge my slices in flour too first, are you doing that?
