What is Nigellas Courgette cake like?

Well I think it's YUM, really moist, although you do get little green flecks, which might put you off! DH just can't get over the fact there's courgette in a cake so I just have to not mention that it's the courgette cake if I make it! And he usually doesn't notice! (until I fess up after he's gobbled a big slice!)

I have no idea but I made courgette and something muffins and they were lovely. Kids had no clue excpet for DS1 who spotted a piece of skin. Asked me what it was, I said vitamins, he said ooo yummy and scoffed the lot.

I have a recipe for chocolate and beetroot cake that I want to try soon too.
