Can I make smothies using frozen fruit like those frozen berry mixes etc? Am begining to battle with morning sickess and really fancy smoothies all of a sudden.

Can't see why not....might be best to defrost a little though.......

I always use a banana, live yoghurt and orange juice and then just add whatever other fruits I have.....strawberries, raspberries with a passion fruit is fab or with blackberries, mango and passion fruit is great, the list is endless.

Hope it helps, morning sickness is rubbish! I would take notions for one thing and eat just that alone for a week before it would change.

You can buy packs, in Sainsbury's I think, of frozen fruit, ready to blitz for smoothies.

Add a tiny bit of root ginger too - that is supposed to help with morning sickness.

ps - no need to defrost - just blitz...

Thanks Stirling sadly nowhere near a sainsburys or other lovely supermarket - do you think it would be ok with just normal frozen fruit . I could let it thaw a bit
