Which makes the better roast - topside or rump???

I prefer topside. Both need a good layer of fat on the top so they self-baste as they roast (and you get enough fat round the meat to do the spuds )

topside - I cook it at 200 for 20 mins then 160 for the rest of the cooking time. Take it out and allow it to rest for at least 15mins before you carve. lovely
