So, if you were making this would you make some sort of sauce to go with it? and if so, what?

Jamie Oliver does this in Return of the Naked Chef. He does it with lentils which you add some herbs to and then you drizzle the lentils (and poss the salmon) with some seasoned Greek yoghurt. Yum

I love this - but I don't do it with Jamie's lentils. There is another fish recipe in the same book where he does green beans, olives and cherry tomatoes - I usually do the salmon with those and then some mash.
