Where are all the pinto beans gone?

I used to be able to buy pinto beans canned from the supermarket, suddenly they are no longer there. Is this a national phenomena?

You are not alone: at sainsbos at least they don't seem to do them any more. I keep meaning to go to customer services and ask about it. I hate kidney beans and always use pinto for chilli.

You can get them in health food stores. I think the brand I get is "BIONA"

That's a helpful tip, agree on Sainsburys and chilli recipe, that is what I use them for.
