batter it, grill it, make fishcakes...with sauces or salsas, wrap in parma ham and bake... its like cod so anything that you would do with cod really!

Lucky you...would love a freezer full of free fish!

bbq it

grill it

steam it

bake it in parcels with other stuff

Just found Colditz recipe for posh Pollock baked with lime too,not sure what to serve with it- fried potatoes perhaps.

Thanks for the tip re cod.

I know I am lucky he's a very good fisherman we get trout and salmon too which the dc love. Does make a difference with the food budget.
