quick but tasty tea suggestions

ds has gone to grannys for the evening so no need for a full meal. but now i dont know what i want myself,( now that i am just pleasing myself) any suggestions please TIA

with pesto, any veggies, I like broccoli, peppers and mushrooms

chicken is frozen, can you cook it from frozen? might take a while.

Good call, bigchris, pasta and pesto. Love it, but would have mine with a tomato salad, with caesar dressing and very finely chopped red onions. Or avocado / mozarella / tomato.

you can only cook it from frozen if you want to spend the night on the loo with your head down it.....
