6 eggs to use today...

Just realised that we have 6 eggs which are actually a couple of days 'out of date', but should still be fine. I'm not yet decided on how best to use a superfluous 6 eggs - any suggestions?

Spanish omlette?

make a load of yorkshire puddings and freeze them.

Ditto fairy cakes or a great big sponge cake.

If you've got a breadmaker, lots of the recipes for fruit loaf, brioche etc. require eggs.
