My DD is still on formula but I want to give her cows milk. Do I need to boil it? And how about water? Do I still need to boil that?

No, not after 12 months. The same applies to water and milk.

I didn't boil any water for DS or DD once they were older than 6 months.

have you been boiling water for a year? respect!
no you can just heat cow's milk up, I do it for about 30 seconds in the microwave, make sure you shake it first though to get rid of any hot shops
