What can I do with 6 egg yolks?

Having made a pavlova I now have 6 egg yolks left. What can I make?

I am considering ice cream but is there anything else more puddingy?

I was going to say fresh pasta but that's not very puddingy.

God yes - creme brulee. And rhubarb is in season so you could do the Jamie Oliver thing of putting a layer of stewed rhubarb at the bottom of each.

Off down garden for rhubarb, calling in at garage for blow torch...

lol i nearly said creme brulee but then thought "nah, she'll have thought of that"

lemon curd - eggs, castor sugar, lemon juice and some rind, butter. Cook slowly in a dish over a pan of almost boiling water for 30 mins. yum

lemon curd then mix it all up with whipped cream, and freeze for yummy lemon sorbet/ice cream
