I fry off an onion, add tuna and a tin of toms, plus 2 table spoons off tom puree and a splash of worcester sauce. Whilst that is warming through i cook the pasta.

Chuck it all in a big dish, stir alot of cheese into it and top with even more cheese, pop in the oven for 10 min an hey presto.

It is the only dish that I can garunette all 3 dc will eat. It does have a hell of a lot fo cheese in though.

Mine is onion, garlic, couple of peppers and a tin of tomatoes-cooked for about 15 mins then combined with tuna, cooked pasta & a grating of cheese overtop. In oven for 15 mins- very tasty.

chop garlic, add tin tuna, tin chopped toms, handful black olives, couple large tablesps of creme fraiche, some frozen spinach, cooked pasta eg fusilli, grate cheese on top & dribble of olive oil - bake. ET voila!
